The Job Developer will operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role involves working collaboratively with team members to meet tight deadlines, manage tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

The primary focus is on the Start and Success stages of the Integrated Employment Services program. Responsibilities include job development, securing employment placements (with and without wage subsidies) organizing hiring events and job fairs, recruiting employers and conducting follow-ups. The goal is to ensure clients successfully integrate into their new roles and achieve sustainable career growth.

Work Schedule:

  • In-person services are provided at the Bloor St. W. office in Etobicoke.
  • Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

Key Responsibilities

    • Handle a large volume of tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.

  3. Customized Recruitment:
    • Assist employers in filling immediate vacancies and building talent pipelines.

  4. Event Coordination:
    • Organize industry-specific job fairs and hiring events to connect employers and job seekers.
  5. Employer Feedback and Support:
    • Establish continuous feedback loops to gather insights on candidate performance.
    • Provide employers with support during the hiring process.
  6. Community Engagement:
    • Participate in employer workgroups, roundtables, chambers of commerce and business corridor initiatives.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:
